In the modern world obesity is treated as a chronic disease – because it is one. Doctors are actively taking the initiative to reduce obesity in general population because clinical trials have shown that reduction in weight can dramatically increase the individual’s health and reduce doctor visits.
A pattern on modern diseases has emerged that lead to serious health issues and premature death. These diseases are interconnected and are known for as the most concerning cocktail of health risks. The four modern diseases are:

Given a patient has all four diseases, the chances for him or her living a healthy long life are very slim. Losing weight is the way to go. Health risks of obesity are known for, what remains is just how to fight obesity. And it’s not that hard at all. Eat clean and healthy foods and activate your body by doing cardio or resistance training. It’s exciting to see how cholesterol levels can decrease just by going for a jog few times a week.
