Eat more plants!

You can get everything your body needs from plant life.  FACT!  We should all probably think about cutting down the amount of animal products we eat from a health & economic & moral standpoint (for non free range animals).  Cutting down on saturated fats is probably the number 1 thing you can do in order to keep yourself healthy (other than a healthy amount of exercise).  However, this is your journey, and you will progreess along it at your own pace.  I do suggest you watch this though:
